By delving into the depths of the concepts hidden in this historical tomb, we not only realize its historical importance and cultural value, but also discover the countless challenges in managing and preserving such a precious heritage. This article has addressed the challenges of cultural management and planning of the Poets' Tomb through an analytical and critical lens. Policy-making, strategic and strategic outlook, and ultimately cultural management and planning are considered as one of the important and modern branches of management knowledge and in today's world, which has many cultural complexities, it has found an important place in academic and scientific discussions. In this study, while examining the current management status of the Tabriz Poets' Tomb, it also criticizes its current management practices. By examining some of the qualitative and quantitative causes and factors affecting the formation of these challenges, it attempts to provide insights into the complexities of conservation, governance, and the evolving landscape of tourism and development in this magnificent cultural and historical complex. تبریز، شهری که گنجینه ای فاخر از میراث فرهنگی و میراث شعری فرهنگ و تمدن ایرانی را در مقبره الشعرای خود نهفته دارد، یادآور تاریخ غنی ادبی ایرانی تاریخی و تأثیر عمیق شاعران نامدار آن است. با کاوش در اعماق مفاهیم نهفته در این مقبره تاریخی، نه تنها به اهمیت تاریخی و ارزش فرهنگی آن پی می‌بریم، بلکه چالش‌های بی‌شمار در مدیریت و حفظ چنین میراث گران‌ قیمتی را نیز کشف می‌کنیم. این مقاله از دریچه تحلیلی و انتقادی، گذاری بر چالش‌های مدیریت و برنامه ریزی فرهنگی مقبره الشعرا داشته است. خط مشی گذاری ، نگاه استراتژیک و راهبردی و در نهایت مدیریت و برنامه ریزی فرهنگی به عنوان یکی از شاخه های مهم و نوین دانش مدیریت محسوب می شود و در جهان امروز که دارای پیچیدگی های فرهنگی بسیاری است جایگاهی مهم در مباحث دانشگاهی و علمی یافته است. در این پژوهش ضمن بررسی وضعیت موجود مدیریتی مقبره الشعراء تبریز ، نقدی بر شیوه های جاری مدیریتی آن داشته و با بررسی برخی علل و عوامل کیفی و کمی تاثیرگذار بر شکل گیری این چالش ها، سعی بر آن شده است که بینش‌هایی را درباره پیچیدگی‌های حفاظت، حکمرانی و چشم‌انداز در حال تحول گردشگری و توسعه در این مجموعه فاخر فرهنگی و تاریخی ارائه می‌کند. https://jispll.urmia.ac.ir/article_121883_d3cd1f224935ace534019193b6f1f1e0.pdf
